All payments must be made at the time of treatment unless by prior arrangement. Unpaid accounts will be transferred to our external Debt Collection Agency and the additional costs incurred will be added to the debt.

Monday to Friday: Reception open 8am – 6.30pm
Saturday: 8am – 12.30pm

BVA Guidance for Cat Owners
You may have heard on the news this morning advice to cat owners to keep their cats indoors and clients may be ringing you with questions. Please be assured that the advice to keep cats indoors is only for those cats currently in a household where someone is self-isolating with suspected Covid-19 and the cat is happy to be kept indoors.
